You can utilize this group for a little inspiration and accountability, for fresh meal ideas with recipes and grocery lists, or for life-changing results in your health journey. I'm so excited to have you in our community!
A few helpful tips:
1. The foundation and education for the group is found in the GUIDES.
Click the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner and you will see the Guides in a drop down. The Guides contain:
Suggestions for navigating this group efficiently
Goals, Tips, and Suggestions for achieving the BEST personal results
Helpful kitchen and pantry guides
Great info on high quality food choices
How to read ingredient labels to clean up your diet
2. All mini-meal plans, breakfast, lunch and snack ideas, and ALL recipes will be stored in the FILES of this group. You click on Files directly below the Lean & Clean Challenge Group banner in the group. Recipes will be changed out monthly.
3. I will post a new set of mini-meal plans with suggestions and grocery lists EVERY WEDNESDAY.
Lastly, be sure to turn on your notifications for the group so you don't miss anything! It's a great habit to check the group nightly as well (or first thing in the morning).
