  • Customized Clean Anti-inflammatory Nutrient Dense Cookbook (recipe/meal idea binder) with over 95 easy to make delicious recipes

  • Step by step education on how to plan ahead and be more efficient in the kitchen

  • Discussion regarding any supplements that could be beneficial
