  • "“I reached out to Jayne because I felt like crap. I had gained weight during menopause that I just couldn’t get off. I also had just been to my doctor and my A1C was inching closer to diabetes. Mu doctor offered GLP1’s but I wanted to avoid being on medication for the rest of my life. I was also watching my husband (a 10-year Crossfit member) struggle with his weight. It was time to make a change. Jayne gave me recipes and meal ideas to follow that taste amazing! We now start our day with a healthy protein-filled breakfast which has helped curb snacking.
